My name is Steven and I am the new intern for COLAGE. I am also a part of a summer program called Coro Exploring Leadership. It is an 8 week summer program that teaches rising 11th graders leadership skills and networking strategies for the future.

I live in the Mission District of San Francisco, and I have lived there my entire life. One of the things that I love about living in the Mission my entire life is that I am very familiar with the entire area. Another advantage is that I am always close to my family. I come from a very large family that is very open-minded and does not judge someone on their race or beliefs. The only thing they judge is a person’s actions. I live with both my Dad and my Mom, and I have one little brother and one older brother.

I really like to listen to music. I don’t know why, but I am really addicted to my iPod! If I am not playing my Play Station I am either with family members or listening to music on full blast! I always try to visualize the instruments in the songs.
