You are invited to participate in expanding our movement at the National Lesbian Health Summit, San Francisco, CA, March 6-8, 2009!

Join us as we discuss how health plays into the lives, loves, and communities of lesbian, bisexual, queer, and transgender people around the country. The Summit will bring together community members, health advocates and activists, as well as healthcare professionals so we can learn from each other and improve our health: individually and as a community, and then how we can use this information as a vehicle for social and economic justice!

The Summit will feature an amazing array of workshops, focusing on clinical care, community initiatives, education and training, leadership development, public health policy, research, and sexuality. Acclaimed writers Dorothy Allison, Elana Dykewomon, and Jewelle Gomez will join our health experts in a Speak Out about Health.

Registration for the National Lesbian Health Summit costs $30. We have a limited number of registration scholarships which will be awarded based on economic need.
