Proclamation of Support for 2010 Census

COLAGE Bay Area does hereby proclaim support for the 2010 Census.

COLAGE Bay Area therefore:

Supports the goals of the 2010 Census and will disseminate 2010 Census information to encourage participation.

Asks its affiliates and membership to partner together to achieve an accurate count.

Encourages lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender people, and their families, to participate in
2010 Census in order to achieve an accurate count of LGBT families.

Candlelight Vigil/Memorial for LGBT Youth Murdered in Tel Aviv, TODAY, 5:30pm Aug 3 09

Please join us TONIGHT, Monday evening August 3rd, for a San Francisco memorial in the face of a senseless attack on a LGBT teen support group at the LGBT Center in Tel Aviv on Saturday.

Together we will gather at Congregation Sha'ar Zahav, 290 Dolores Street @ 16th St, at 5:30pm, followed by a 6pm march down Dolores Street to the San Francisco LGBT Community Center,1800 Market Street. When we arrive together at the Center at 6:30pm Rabbi Camille Shira Angel, Supervisor Bevan Dufty, among others, will offer words of comfort and reflection.
