Tell us about your family: I have 2 moms and a little sister who is 8. One of my moms is Cuban and the other is French and Haitian. But my sister and I are both from Texas!

What is your favorite hobby, sport or activity? My favorite hobby is making jewelry. My favorite sport is figure skating. I love it! I also love to sing and I participate in a children's chorus. I like listening to music too.

Do you participate in any COLAGE activities, events or programs? Which ones? Do you like them? Why? I participate in the Boston Chapter, the bowl-a-thon and Family Week in P-town every year. I love all these events because I can socialize with other COLAGErs!

What is the hardest thing about having gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and/or queer parent/s? For me it's people coming over to our house. Even if I know them really well, I don't always know what their reaction is going to be It makes realize who my friends really are sometimes.

What's the best thing about having gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and/or queer parent/s? I think that I'm much more open to the world because of them. I have a very good sense of culture - ours and other people's.

What do you wish the world knew about people with LGBTQ parents? I want people to know that we're exactly like any kind of family. Our foundation is love. We do pretty much everything else a "regular" family does!!!

What advice or ideas would you want to share with other kids who have LGBTQ parents? Just always remember, your family loves you just the way you are. So never try to change yourself!
