February 2007 Poetry Slam
Poetry, Pizza, Peach-Pineapple Smoothie & Popcorn Party
Join fellow Chicagoland COLAGErs and attend the Creative Writing workshop! You will get an opportunity to flex your creative side and share with the group in an official 2007 COLAGE Poetry Slam. It’ll be better than a Puffy party! Well, not quite, but we’re sure to have fun!
Your lovely host, workshop facilitator and bartender will provide most of the goodies! Please bring any creative writing that you are willing to share. The theme can be whatever you’d like.
When: Saturday, February 24, 2007 12:00pm-3pm
Where: Tina’s Home at 4556 S. King Drive, Chicago, IL 60653
Why: Because we need to express our selves!
What: Bring $5 for pizza (call or e-mail ahead of time to give your order.)
Poetry Entry Password: Fo’Shizzle, I’m ready to slizzle that pizzle (Fuh sho, I’m ready to slam that poetry)!
