Family Week in Saugatuck 2010 will be July 10 - 16, 2010.

In 2010, COLAGE and Rainbow Families Great Lakes will once again be teaming up to offer an amazing experience for Family Week Saugatuck. In the summer of 2009 nearly 100 families came together for a week of community, empowerment and fun. Save the dates now to join us this summer - July 10 - July 16, 2010. Saugatuck is nestled among towering sand dunes and borders the winding Kalamazoo River and Lake Michigan. This quaint, small town has become a favorite Midwest LGBTQ resort and features a unique collection of shops, restaurants, and art galleries, not to mention lots of fudge and ice cream shops! Fun activities for the whole family are abundant: climb Mt. Baldhead, tour the S.S. Keewatin steamship, hike through Saugatuck Dunes State Park and the Allegan State Forest, browse through more than 30 art galleries, or enjoy a boat ride on North America's only hand-cranked ferry.

During Saugatuck Family Week, COLAGE provides a unique schedule of activities for youth ages 9 and up with LGBTQ parents through workshops, social events, leadership training, creative activities and more. All of our programming is provided by adults who also have LGBTQ parents.
