COLAGE relies on adults with LGBT parents   who want to serve as a mentor to younger COLAGErs by being a facilitator at our national programs and events. Each of our events requires the enthusiasm and energy of many adults with LGBT Parents to provide our dynamic programming. When we travel to cities for one-day and weekend conferences we also seek adult COLAGErs to be camp counselors/mentors/facilitators for the youth.
