The COLAGE Pen Pal program helps COLAGErs from all over the world connect to others with LGBT parents. By filling out the Pen Pal application you can share what type of pen pal you are looking for so we can try to find the best match for you. Pen Pals can correspond by snail mail or by email. We screen the applications carefully to ensure that we are matching everyone with someone with similar interests, age, and experiences.

However, sometimes the matches that we make do not work out. If you do not hear from your pen pal, let us know and we will do our best to find you a new COLAGE Pen Pal.

Our Pen Pal program is limited to children, youth and adults who have one or more lesbian, gay, bisexual and/or transgender parent(s). We regret that we can not fill pen pal requests from other folks.

Pen Pals are matched by outstanding COLAGE volunteers, so please be patient. After you have sent your application to receive your pen pal match, it may take up to a month to get your new pen pal.
