Bring That's So Gay To Your Community

That's So Gay on CD!

Are you looking for a unique way to raise awareness about LGBT families in your school, community center, workplace or gallery? Bring That's So Gay to your town. We have created a traveling version of the show with the series of photo and text portraits highlighting the experiences of youth with LGBT parents. The exhibit is available on CD and it's easy to have the pieces printed at a local copy shop. We also have a guide for using the exhibit in your community with ideas for events, discussions, and ways to display the show.

CD’s are:
FREE for COLAGE chapters, members, and youth groups
$15 - $99 sliding scale donation for non-members, schools and non-profit organizations
$100 - $200 sliding scale donation for corporations and businesses

Each CD includes the collection of youth portraits, an extensive Resource Guide (PDF) and more. By making the CD available, we hope that That's So Gay will be used as an educational tool in as many schools, community centers, and organizations as possible. This phototext exhibit is a great way to raise awareness, spark dialogue, and encourage community discussions about LGBT families.

Additionally, the full That's So Gay exhibit will be traveling on a limited basis. If your chapter, organization, conference, school or community is interested in learning more, please get in touch.

That's So Gay has traveled far and wide raising awareness about youth with LGBT parents. The full show has been exhibited in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Washington, DC, Chicago, St. Louis, Saugatuck, MI, Provincetown, MA and Boston. Exhibitions of the photo-text exhibit included on the CD include shows in Portsmouth, NH, Minneapolis, Dallas, Bethseda, MD, New York City, Atlanta, Boulder, CO, and Ann Arbor, MI just to name a few.
