Youth Leadership Track
The COLAGE Youth Leadership Track is a pathway to support leadership development for all people with LGBTQ parents or caregivers (COLAGErs). The Youth Leadership track is a way to support our emerging youth leaders through multiple levels of leadership. With each level, new roles and responsibilities will become available. For more details and to enter the YLT, participants must complete this entry form. From there the National Program Director will match them with the program(s) they chose and connect them with a network of peers within their same leadership level.
